Words & Thoughts have the power to inspire, heal, and transform. Just as they can have a positive effect, they can also be hurtful, especially when directed at ourselves. This inhibits us from doing what we love and enjoy. If a thought does not give you joy, then please search for one that does. When you have a negative thought or one you know doesn’t feel right, thank the thought for turning up and showing you where you don’t feel joyful. Then reach for a pleasing thought.
