By registering your subscription for My Soul Community, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Visitor”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the terms and conditions, as set out by John Holland’s Office. “The Company”, “Ourselves/Myself”, “We/I” and “Us”, refers to John’s Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Visitor and John, or either the Visitor or John.

By accessing My Soul Community [and subscribing to this program] you consent to these terms and conditions.

Please do not share your login passwords and usernames.

If it is detected that more than one person is using the same username and password when signing in, the account will lead to suspension and can result in account termination.

Such behaviors may also be investigated for abuse and Terms of Service violations.

The Company is under no obligation to accept any individual as a Registered User or Member of My Soul Community and may accept or reject any registration in its sole and complete discretion.

In addition, the Company may deactivate any account at any time if it determines that a Registered User/Member has violated the Terms of Service.

Privacy Statement

We will process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

By subscribing to My Soul Community, you consent to these terms and conditions. You may withdraw this consent at any time by unsubscribing and/or cancelling your subscription/membership.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We constantly keep all systems up to date to ensure the best possible service to members of My Soul Community.

Confidentiality

We DO NOT sell your information to other parties. On occasion, we do use our mailing list with approved and legitimate Third Parties, only for the promotion of a John Holland event or product.

Disclaimers

The information on this website is provided on an “as is” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised this Company of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages.

Coaching/Guidance is not Therapy or Counselling.

Any information, stories, examples, or testimonials presented on this website do not constitute guarantees or warranties.

Cancellation Policy

If you select the special discounted one-off annual plan and decide My Soul Community isn’t for you, you can cancel your subscription within 7 days of purchase to receive a full refund. Upon cancellation, you’ll no longer have access to My Soul Community or the private Soul Chat group. If you opt for the monthly subscription plan, you can cancel at any time, and your membership will not be renewed, and you will not be charged further.

If you fail to use my service or delete your account without properly cancelling your payment you are responsible for that and no refunds on membership payments will be given for any reason.

Live Calls Disclaimer

By participating in any Live Calls or other events etc. hosted by John Holland, you automatically agree to authorize audio and visual recording and consent to such recordings.

By participating in a Live Call or event you agree to and understand that the recordings may be used for promotional purposes, advertising, and inclusion in the archive section of My Soul Community.

You acknowledge, understand, and agree that all video, audio, and written materials purchased by or provided to you in connection with a John Holland product or service are protected by copyright laws and you agree not to use, disclose, copy, or distribute any such materials to any third parties without the prior written consent of John Holland.

By participating in any Live Calls, you automatically authorize your photo, video, voice or film likeness (with or without your name), and other contributions to be used, without any compensation payable to you, for any commercial or non-commercial purpose (including without limitation for publicity, illustration, or advertising) in any and all media by John Holland.

Comments

We reserve the right to edit your comments on the private Soul Chat page, and we always check where Visitors are linking to before we decide to publish any comments. Please ensure that you have read the guidelines for joining the Soul Chat page.

Contact Information/Personal Data

We do not add your email address to any mailing lists apart from John Holland’s newsletter list, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Availability

The Company does not warrant that the service from My Soul Community will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability.

We may also make improvements and/or changes to the features, functionality, content or to the services at any time.

The Company reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Website, or any part of it, with or without notice to you.

You agree that John Holland shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website. You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of the Website or because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the Website.

The Company reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.

All changes are effective immediately.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes and you are therefore advised to re-read the terms and conditions on a regular basis.

If you do not agree to any change to the Terms of Service then you must immediately stop using My Soul Community.
